Both options are available at our accessible Southwest Philadelphia chapel or via mobile officiant services in Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Gloucester, and Camden counties.

For micro-weddings, the maximum is 12 guests; for elopement signings, the maximum is 8 guests. These counts include all members of the wedding party (including the couple) but exclude children under 5 and any professional vendors (such as photographers). Please note that these limits are strictly enforced to preserve the intimacy and seamless flow of your ceremony at our Southwest Philadelphia location.

Couples must obtain a valid marriage license from the county where the ceremony will take place. Pennsylvania law enforces a strict 3-day waiting period after license issuance and a 60-day expiration. Licenses cannot cross state lines—PA ceremonies require a PA license, NJ ceremonies require an NJ license. All paperwork is processed and submitted on your behalf for a seamless experience. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early and ready, as late arrivals may require rescheduling and forfeit of fees.

Our Southwest Philadelphia micro-wedding chapel is fully wheelchair accessible and conveniently located near International Plaza Drive, with free parking and easy public transit access via SEPTA. The venue features elegant gold and purple decor, customizable lighting, and a Bluetooth sound system for your selected music. Please note there are no on-site dressing rooms—arrive dressed and ready for your ceremony.

While we do not currently provide in-house photography or videography, we recommend trusted local partners such as Aaron Stallworth Photography. Couples may also use their own mobile devices for photos. Additional services like mobile bartending or photo booths are in development and will be announced when available. For now, focus remains on providing the most seamless, intimate wedding and elopement experience in the Philadelphia region.

Intimate Moment Weddings is a cashless business. All payments must be made via major credit or debit card. All booking fees and payments are final and non-refundable. Please review your ceremony details and guest count carefully before booking to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.
